INFLUENCE OF THE MILLING BODIES ON THE MECHANOCHEMICAL ACTIVATION OF TUNISIAN PHOSPHORITE

Mechanochemical activation of Tunisian phosphorite has been made in planetary mill with different milling bodies - Cr-Ni, agate, Zr and Fe, with diameter 10 mm and duration from 10 to 300 min. Different physicochemical methods have proved: increasing content of P2O5absorbed/P2O5total values from 21.5 to 65%; defined the products of mechanochemical synthesis Ca5F(PO4)(3); beta-Ca-3(PO4)(2); Ca-3(PO4)(2)center dot xH(2)O; alpha-Ca2P2O7; CaH2P2O7 and CaHPO4. Mechanochemical activation of Tunisian phosphorite depends on the duration and the kind of milling bodies.
