Abstract
Water environment security is a major issue of our day with major implications for human health. Constructing index system of water resources security assessment is a prerequisite for water resources safety assessment. At present, a number of main factors influencing water security is restricted screened out by various measures. In this research, based on the theory of 'driving force-state-response' (PSR) as the principle of constructing water environment safety index system, we used the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to divide the water environment security into three subsystems (the target layer, system layer, index layer, etc.), and set up a water environment security evaluation index system. The comparison matrix is constructed by using the nine scales of 1-9, and the weights of each subsystem and each index are calculated and solved. One of the most important objectives of this paper is to deal with the index value of non-dimensional and calculate the index Security. Another important aspect of this work is the fact that the method of research used the comprehensive index to calculate the water environment safety value of the study area. The results show that the development of society and economy and the improvement of ecological security have alleviated the water and environmental pressure in Taizhou to a certain extent. Taizhou bay is in the critical state of basic security. The evaluation results are in line with the objective reality and provide the basis for water resources safety assessment.
