RESEARCH ON OPTIMISATION OF LAYERED ORIENTATION OF GRAVITY CENTRE IN 3D PRINTING

3D printing technology is one of the three core technologies of the 'Third Industrial Revolution', which has been applied in various fields and led a revolution in manufacturing, materials and even life. This article will briefly introduce the classification according to the 3D printing process, focusing on the SLS process in 3D printing, and combining with the selection of the layering direction of STL, in order to obtain the final product smoothly, the concept of centre of gravity will be introduced, and the printing order will be optimised so that the product will remain stable in the printing process.
