摘要

•Three trials of intravenous IG (IVIG) 10% and subcutaneous (SCIG) 10% or 20% were analyzed.•Switching from monthly IVIG 10% to biweekly SCIG 20% produced similar IgG exposure.•IgG exposure was similar after switches from IVIG 10% every 3 or 4 weeks to weekly and biweekly SCIG 20%.•IgG serum concentrations following biweekly and weekly SCIG 20% changed more than 10% over 14 days.
