Abstract
Testicular Cancer is the most frequent malignant tumour in young males. The most frequent is Germ Cell Testicular Cancer (GCTC). Generally, it derives from the malignization of a Carcinoma In Situ (CIS). Both CIS and GCTC are more frequent when it exist a testicular swell, testicular pain cluiptorquidia, secretory azoospermia or severe oligozoospermia. Patients with severe oligozoospermia or azoospermia may not have other sign despite the abnormal sperm count. Basic semen analysis can easily identify those patients allowing advising them to extend their andrologic study diagnose the cause of the pathology and to perform a specific treatment. In our opinion, a basic sperm analysis should be recommended to all young males, as it would help us know the risk of pathologies in the reproductive tract, whose early diagnosis could avoid, among other illness. infertility.
