Abstract
Objective To optimize the technology of deproteinized calf blood injection, improve its quality standards, reduce the adeverse reactions. Methods Under aseptic condition, venous blood of 2 similar to 6 months calf was be taken respectively to sterilize, press and filtrate. The filtrate was adjusted PH to be acidity with HCl, and then ultrafiltrated. The filtrate was adjusted PH to be alkalinity with NaOH, and then ultrafiltrated. The filtrate was adjusted to be neutral. After that, the liquid was concentrated, deproteinized, sterilized and poured. The injections were tested their respiratory activity(QO2) with Warburg microrespiration decreasing pressure instrument, and calculate the stimulated index. Result The improved process of preparing deproteinized calf blood extract can make SI reach to 4.8, increased 92% than Pharmacopoeia SI >= 2.5, its activity increased significantly.
