Passive purification manner were widespread concerned among the people for many advantages: no limitation of applied area, low cost, no energy consumption and so on. It is known that purification performance of products plays an important role for its application, so how to test it accurately is very important. Based on the principle of measurement and assessment, this paper discusses what factors affect the measurement result, and emphasizes on the mixing level. Two experiments are done to find how the measurement location and method affect the pollutant concentration. The result shows that whether the concentration measured can stand for the average concentration is one important problem to assess the purify products, and at present because of the sample location, the concentration measures may not represent the average concentration.
