摘要
Complex oxides (BiMe3Fe5O12)-Fe-II (M-II = Mg, Ca, Ba) were synthesized with method of high-temperature solid-state reaction. Structures of ferrites were first investigated with X-ray diffraction, X-ray patterns of the synthesized powders were indicated with method of homology. Types of syngony, parameters of the unit cells, radiographic and density of ferrites determined by bottled method: BiBa3Fe5O12: a = 10.8; = 8.7 angstrom; rho(roent).= 7.31 g/cm(3); rho(picn.)= 7.11 +/- 0.06 g/cm(3); BiBa3Fe5O12: a = 5.5; c = 13.5 angstrom; rho(roent.)= 7.31 g/cm(3); rho(picn.)= 7.24 +/- 0.04 g/cm(3); BiMg3Fe5O12: a = 5.56; c = 13.83 angstrom; rho(roent.)= 6.41 g/cm(3); rho(picn)= 6.35 +/- 0.06 g/cm(3). The correctness of the results of indexing of ferrites is confirmed by good agreement between the experimental and calculated values of reciprocals of interplanar spacings squares (104/d2) and the consistency of values of X-ray and densities determined by bottled method. It was found synthesized ferrites were crystallized in the tetragonal crystal and they had perofskite structure. A comparative analysis of the relationship between crystal lattice parameters with parameters of the crystal lattice of initial oxides and complex ferrites was carried out.
