摘要
Cadmium and copper flux through feeding induce a high accumulation of these metals in tissues of the oyster Crassostrea gigas. The accumulation occurs without cellular injury. Using Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy (EELS), analysis demonstrated that metals are accumulated in lysosomes, in which the heavy metals are stored as Cd2+ and Cu+.
