摘要

Lipoprotein lipase plays a major role in the metabolism of circulating triglyceride-rich lipoproteins. In relation with this study, the fundamental results concerning the structure of human LPL gene are first summarized. Sequencing of this gene enabled us to characterize an Alu sequence. Interest of these repetive sequences is exposed.
