摘要
The purposes of the present study was to evaluation andrologic of points, and determine the efficiency of the libido test in corral, of young Braford bulls, reared in the northern state of Parana. Thirty-six bulls, with an average of 21 months old, were submitted to the andrological exam, the andrologic classification by points (CAP), and the libido test in corral of 15 minutes. The bulls were classified individually, at the end of five minutes of observation, and then to a accumulative way, considering all physiological events observed. After, the attitudes towards male sexual behavior in front of the female in estrus were grouped into four classes of behaviors. Regarding the CAP, the bulls were assessed as very good. The libido score ranged according to the observation time (P < 0.05), but during the three observation periods, the bulls were maintained classified as good. When compared the frequency of classes of behavior among the three observation periods (0-5, 5-10 and 10-15 minutes), was verified the difference (P < 0.05) of classes of behavior in the first five minutes, compared the rest of the observation period.
