Treosulfan plus fludarabine - encouraging conditioning for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in multiple myeloma

Allogeneic transplantation (Allo-SCT) in multiple myeloma is controversial mainly due to the relatively high non-relapse mortality (NRM). The aim with this retrospective single-center study was to evaluate recent transplants particularly after conditioning with treosulfan plus fludarabine (TreoFlu).
