The object of research is the technological process of manufacturing panels (shaping the blank) of the product T-50 from aluminum alloys of the grades V95 (analog 7475) (Al-Zn-Mg-Cu) and V-1461 (analog 2099) (Al-Cu-Li-Zn) in creep modes, and close to superplasticity (Novosibirsk Aircraft Plant named after Chkalov). The study is devoted to the selection and testing of forming modes in the creep mode and confirmation of the fatigue characteristics of deformable samples and their structures under the conditions of the process. In the process of working under production conditions at the UFP-1M installation, the formation of plates of aluminum alloys of grades V95 and V-1461 in the creep mode with the subsequent heat treatment was carried out. The control of the actual deviations of the obtained semi-finished products from the theoretically given geometry was performed. Tests of specimens made from deformed plates of alloys of grades V95 and V-1461 for fatigue life were carried out.
