摘要
Global environmental problems lead to the development of new technologies with lower carbon print, and selection of materials incorporating various waste materials. This trend in in the building industry reflected by the replacement of Portland cement by binding systems demanding lower amount of energy and non-renewable resources. The aim of this work is an experimental study dealing with the resistance of non-cement concrete to the action of deicers and cycle freezing-thawing in terms of determination of surface scaling resistance and ingress of chloride ion into concrete mass. Used binder was based on the activated energy by products. The conducted program confirmed good resistance to scaling of this mixtures, which could be additionally increased by the addition of fly ash. Although good scaling resistance studied mixtures exhibited increased ingress of chloride ions, which exceeded critical concentration in the surface layer.
