Study of Cancer and Normal Cells Dynamics Based on Laser Interference Microscopy

摘要
The work is devoted to the study of dynamics of living breast human cells in cancerous and normal states using laser microscopy. Analysis of optical cell thickness fluctuations was conducted to characterize multiscale correlation properties in terms of temporal invariants to support a criterion for differentiation of cancer and normal cells as the possible diagnostic criterion.
