Abstract
This paper analyzes the effects of air preloader blockage on fan power consumption, exhaust gas temperature, cold end corrosion, furnace pressure and air leakage. It is believed that the increase of blockage will significantly increase the power consumption of the fan, increase the exhaust gas temperature, increase the corrosion of the cold end, increase the fluctuation of the furnace pressure, and significantly increase the air leakage. Therefore, the problem of air pre-blocking should not be underestimated, and solutions should be implemented as soon as possible.
