摘要
Fetal human brain-derived neural stem cells maintained in culture for a long time successfully survived transplantation into the brain of rats exposed to acute hypoxia. The presence of stem cells, committed precursors, neuroblasts, and astrocytes in the transplanted cell pool was demonstrated by immunohistochemical methods. The absence of glial barrier at the graft-host tissue boundary allowed broad-range migration of human neuroblasts in the zones of neuron degeneration in the recipient brain.
