Abstract
•69 laying hens dietary exposed to 2 SCCP, 1 MCCP and 2 LCCP mixtures for 91 days.•All CPs transferred to the eggs, except LCCPs with high chlorine content (~1000 Da).•The steady-state was reached after ~14 days for all CPs.•Accumulation ratios were investigated at the subcategory and homologue levels.•The carry-over rates reached a maximum for the C30Cl9 homologue group.
