摘要

•A fluidized experimental system for microwave-assisted heating is designed.•The fluidization performances of SiC were experimentally studied.•Effects of particle size, fluidization velocity and loading were investigated.•The best performances were 0.25–1 mm of 40–50 g SiC at 0.47−0.71 m/s.
