摘要

•47 warfarin prescribed patients with/without heart valve replacement (HVR) were genotyped for CYP2C9*2 and *3 polymorphisms.•CC and CT+TT genotype frequencies of CYP2C9 *2 were determined for patients with HVR as 69.6% and 30.4%, respectively.•CC and CT+TT genotype frequencies of CYP2C9 *2 were detected as 79.2% and 20.8% for patients without HVR, respectively.•AA and AC genotype frequencies of CYP2C9 *3 were determined as 73.9% and 26.1% for patients with HVR, respectively.•AA and AC genotype frequencies of CYP2C9 *3 were determined as 79.2% and 20.8% for patients without HVR, respectively.•No significant difference was observed between patients with and without HVR considering CYP2C9 *2 and *3 polymorphisms.
