GSRB rotation and rovibration intensities for: The bent HOCl molecule, and for: Quantum Monodromy in NCNCS

•HOCl absolute transition intensities calculated with GSRB agree with HITRAN database.•GSRB spectra obtained using ab initio dipole moment function in corrected program.•With one exception, the calculated spectra of NCNCS now agree with experiment.•The calculated and observed b-type rovibrational transitions of NCNCS do not agree.•Possible explanations of this disagreement are considered.
