摘要
This article concerns with the infection dynamics of fractionally extended HIV infection model incorporating antibody and cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte (CTL) immune responses. We study the role of antiretroviral therapy drugs, namely, reverse transcriptase and protease inhibitors in suppressing the HIV infection. The dynamical characteristics of the system are first discussed qualitatively through linear stability of stationary states and stable regions of the infectious and infection free steady states are figured out. The obtained results are compared with the results of integer order to understand the role of fractional order derivatives in HIV infection model. Besides the qualitative analysis on the system, we also look for the solution of the fractional system through numerical simulation.
