摘要
The influence of gamma irradiation on the chemical, structural, and physical features of vanadium dioxide (VO2) nanostructures has been studied at different irradiation energy doses of 25 kGy, 45 kGy, 60 kGy, 80 kGy and 100 kGy. We observed that the radiation induces enhancement of the crystal growth and photoluminescence properties of the nanomaterials with high dose compared to the non-irradiated material. The samples were prepared by using spin coating technique on flat substrates glass at high speed to ensure homogeneity of the solution deposition. This latter can be used as better light conversion for intense gamma irradiation after 60 kGy as proved by the better luminescence analysis. We suggest that the geometrically functional interfaces exhibit very attractive properties for novel device application.
