摘要
•QDSSCs designed with CdSeTe QDs synthesized in 3 different growth times.•Chlorine passivation was carried out by mass between 10% − 70%.•The mean PCE for CdSeTe (5 min) QDSSC was measured as 1.401 ± 0.01%.•With 60% chloride treatment, PCE of CdSeTe(Cl) QDSSC was increased 2.456 times.•The average PCE for CdSeTe (60% Cl) (5 min) QDSSCs was increased to 3.379 ± 0.08%.
