Abstract
Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is commonly known to be associated with malignant disease; however, there is limited analysis of VTE as a first presenting indicator. The aim of our study was to evaluate the incidence and predictors of unrecognized malignant disease in patients presenting with VTE.
