摘要
•Ultra-thin Fe seed layer was first introduced to grow homoepitaxial D022-Mn3Ge films.•Systematically comparative study of D022-Mn3Ge films on different buffer layers has been investigated.•High-quality crystal structure and extremely high PMA can be obtained in D022-Mn3Ge film on ultrathin Fe seed layer.
