Research On The Capability Evaluation Method For New Energy Micro-Grids To Participate In Power System Frequency Modulation

With the rapid development of new energy and renewable energy power systems, the urgency and importance of demand side management and system frequency modulation problems have become increasingly prominent after new energy micro-grids access traditional distribution networks. In order to solve the problem that the new energy micro-grids effectively participates in the power grid frequency modulation, this paper applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process to the construction of the micro-grid frequency modulation index system, and proposes the computing method of the aggregate index. The frequency modulation capability is scored and sorted to determine the order in which the micro-grid resources participating in the power grid frequency modulation are invoked. The calculations and calculation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method proposed in this paper.
