Abstract
High-quality CdS thin films are prepared via intermittent photochemical deposition (IPCD) technique with a pulse ultra-violet light source. A possible mechanism of electron induced deposition is proposed to give a comprehensive insight into for the deposition of CdS thin film via IPCD method.
