Abstract
In order to reduce the reactive power loss and the heat of hydraulic energy system of traditional electrohydraulic servo system, a closed-loop pressure control hydraulic system of brushless DC motor based on the resolver is designed, which is controlled by FPGA and processed by DSP and FPGA. The piecewise variable gain speed regulation and triple redundant pressure decision algorithm arc adopted. According to the triple redundant energy pressures, the motor can be controlled in a wide range of speed servo. The motor drives the quantitative pump in variable speed to control the pressure and the flow real-timely and dynamically. It has the advantages of high speed, low weight, high reliability and low energy consumption. It can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the system by nearly 50%, and cut the weight by 20%.
