Abstract
正常情况下,活性氧和体内抗氧化防御系统处于一种动态平衡中.如活性氧过量生成和(或)体内抗氧化防御系统受损导致氧自由基及其相关代谢产物过量产生,即引起氧化应激.氧化应激可能是反流物导致食管黏膜损伤的重要机制.积极的补充外源性抗氧化剂可以减轻或逆转局部的炎症反应.
