Abstract
目的 评价改良微创重睑术与埋线重睑术的临床治疗效果.方法 使用计算机检索了万方科技期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)和中国知网(CNKI),PubMed,Web of Science,Science Drirect Online,Cochrane Library等中、英文数据库,收集改良微创重睑术与埋线重睑术的临床随机对照研究,进行Meta分析.结果 改良微创重睑术的术后满意度高于埋线重睑术(Z=6.16,P＜0.00001),改良微创重睑术的手术成功率高于埋线重睑术(Z=4.84,P＜0.00001).结论 改良微创重睑术的临床效果优于埋线重睑术.
