目的 了解经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者戒烟失败的原因.方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,根据访谈提纲深入了解15例PCI术后患者戒烟失败的原因,并使用内容分析法分析其戒烟历程.结果 PCI术后患者戒烟失败的原因可概括为以下4个主题:心理懈怠、自我安慰、外因障碍、借力失败.结论 PCI术后患者戒烟是一个漫长而艰难的过程,护士应重视其戒烟失败的原因,提供全方位多层次的戒烟指导.
