Abstract
38例甲状腺功能低下新生儿采用小剂量左旋甲状腺素(12.5～25μg/d)治疗.2～3岁后停药1个月,B超、ECT示甲状腺发育正常,骨龄正常,发育商(DQ)平均为105.3±14.2,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义.停药1年随访,血T3、T4、TSH正常.
