自发性蛛网膜下隙出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)是出血性脑卒中的常见类型,主要由于脑动脉瘤破裂,血液进入蛛网膜下隙所致的综合症候群.由于起病急,病情重,易复发出血,绝对卧床时间长,死亡率高,给患者和家属带来了严重的心理创伤,给社会和家庭带来沉重的经济和精神负担.而患者的各种心理状态也影响其预后.本研究旨在前瞻性的评价心理干预对动脉瘤性自发性蛛网膜下隙出血的意义,现报道如下.
