Abstract
目的 加强对小儿手足口病流行病学及临床诊治特点的认识.方法 对216例小儿手足口病的流行病学及临床诊治特点进行分析.结果 广东南方地区手足口病全年均有发病,四季发病率无明显区别;皮肤黏膜疱疹有多样性临床表现;静脉输注丙种球蛋白或同型血浆治疗早期重症病例疗效显著.结论 正确认识手足口病的流行病学和临床特点对其防治至关重要,静脉输注丙种球蛋白或同型血浆可有效减少早期重症病例恶化.
