Abstract
专业型硕士研究生是医学硕士研究生培养模式之一,其培养目标更偏向于临床专业实践和临床能力的培养.本研究分析了皮肤科专业硕士研究生目前存在的科研基础薄弱、临床缺乏监督和评价、皮肤科特点带来的挑战等问题,并从培养目标、课题设计、带教过程和考核方式优化、提高综合能力等方面进行改进,以期提高专业型硕士带教质量,为培养综合能力强的合格皮肤科临床医生提供借鉴.
