Abstract
目的 分析血小板参数与肝硬化Child-Pugh分级的关系,并探讨其临床意义.方法 用ADVIA2120检测122例肝硬化患者的血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)及血小板压积(PCT),并与肝功能分级(Child-Pugh分级)比较.结果 肝硬化组PLT、MPV、PCT较对照组均显著降低(P＜0.05),随着Child-Pugh积分增加,血小板PLT、MPV逐渐下降.C级组PCT比A,B级两组显著减低.结论 血小板参数能间接反映血小板的功能,是评估肝硬化患者肝损坏程度的重要指标,对临床治疗、预后也有着重要的指导作用.
