Abstract
同种异体肢体移植是含有皮肤、皮下组织、神经、血管、肌肉、肌腱和骨骼等多种成分的复合组织移植,是修复肢体完全缺如、重建肢体功能的理想方法.与单一器官移植(如肾、心、肝、肺等内脏器官)不同,由于复合组织的各种成分的免疫学性质各不相同,因此,复合组织移植的成功在医学领域更具有挑战性.
