Abstract
腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)具有创伤小,痛苦轻,恢复快等优点已被广大医护工作者及病人接受,但由此引起的肝外胆管损伤仍时有报道且后果严重,给病人带来痛苦和经济负担.因此探讨LC手术避免肝外胆管损伤仍有重要意义.笔者回顾分析518例LC手术临床资料,结合自己的实践,就如何减少肝外胆管损伤,提高LC手术安全性探讨如下.
