Abstract
肺癌目前在世界范围内癌症发病率和死亡率中均居首位[1] ,具有发现晚和愈后差的特征[2]. 氡及其子体是继吸烟之后肺癌的第二大致病因素,在非吸烟者中是肺癌的第一大病因[3]. Leuraud等[4]通过对欧洲3个铀矿矿工的病例对照研究进行联合分析,拟合出肺癌与氡暴露成线性关系的几何混合模型. 如果人体有生物学指标能够随着氡累积作用呈线性改变,则可以为临床因氡及其子体所致肺癌的早期诊断、靶向精准治疗提供依据.
