精细过滤输液器减少氟尿嘧啶化疗所致静脉炎的临床观察

Abstract
氟尿嘧啶静脉化疗是目前恶性肿瘤患者常用的治疗方案,但氟尿嘧啶静脉化疗常出现明显静脉炎(发生率57.6%[1]).如何最大程度减少静脉炎的发生,是我们亟待关注的问题.我科2003年9月-2004年10月采用自身对照方法,对40例患者予3μm精细过滤输液器为观察组和普通输液器为对照组行氟尿嘧啶静脉化疗.结果显示,观察组静脉炎发生率30%,明显低于对照组的60%,静脉炎轻重程度方面,观察组明显低于对照组.使用3μm精细过滤输液器能预防和减少氟尿嘧啶静脉化疗所致的静脉炎,现报道如下.
