Abstract
创伤性凝血病(TIC)为创伤早期在多种因素共同作用下,引起机体促凝血、抗凝血与纤维蛋白溶解系统失平衡,而导致的凝血功能障碍.TIC的主要临床表现为创伤早期大出血,其为决定创伤患者病情与病死率的重要因素之一.随着近年来相关研究的进展,相关研究者对TIC的诊断及治疗均有了新的认识,TIC患者病死率亦显著降低.然而,目前TIC尚缺乏明确的定义与诊断标准,临床医师对其认识亦较局限.因此,笔者拟就TIC的研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床早期发现、治疗TIC,降低TIC患者的病死率,提高其长期生存率提供参考.
