Abstract
目的 探讨中药压疮膏伤口换药护理对压疮患者创面愈合的影响.方法 将压疮患者(126例,212处压疮)按照随机数字表法分为压疮膏创面护理组(63例,107处压疮)、美皮康银离子辅料组(63例,105处压疮)两组,分别于治疗前、治疗后第20天使用压疮愈合评分表(pressure ulcer scale for healing,PUSH)对每处压疮进行评分,观察第20天创面愈合率.结果 两组患者压疮伤口治疗前的PUSH评分的差异无统计学意义(t=-0.59,P>0.05),而治疗后第20天,压疮膏创面护理组PUSH评分优于美皮康银离子辅料组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.65,P<0.01).结论 压疮膏伤口护理治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者均有显著疗效,其20 d创面PUSH评分优于美皮康银离子辅料.
