Abstract
成人获得性扁平足畸形(adult acquired flatfoot deformity,AAFD)是成人足踝常见的疾患,炎症、退变和外伤导致的胫后肌功能不全(posterior tibial tendon dysfunction,PTTD)是主要发生原因,而胫后肌断裂后弹簧韧带(spring ligament,SP)应力增加导致内侧足弓塌陷和后足力线不良是主要病理特征.判断其临床分期并采取正确方法 治疗无疑是最重要的.早在1936年就有学者发现,50年代至70年代相关文献增多,目前AAFD和PTTD命名已得到了大家的认可.
