Abstract
本研究针对临床用血服务中输血管理、输血前、输血中、输血后的质量安全问题,制定相应的约束标准.应用文献分析、输血不良事件分析、制度标准解读等方法梳理国内外临床用血服务中的质量安全问题,按问题的普遍性、高发性、关键性、影响度4个方面筛选出问题要素内容.搭建了以临床用血服务流程为主线,以事项要素为节点的标准框架,形成了包括4个环节、20个关键要素的临床用血服务标准文本.
