药膳食疗对胃癌术后辅助化疗患者肝功能的影响

Abstract
目的 探讨药膳食疗对减轻胃癌术后辅助化疗患者肝功能损伤的作用,为临床确定有效的治疗及护理措施提供依据.方法 将123例胃癌术后辅助化疗患者随机分为实验组65例和对照组58例,对照组采用常规治疗方案,实验组在此基础上配合药膳疗法,比较2组患者肝功能的变化情况.结果 接受药膳食疗的实验组患者的肝功能改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 药膳食疗能明显减轻并迅速恢复化疗后严重受损的肝功能.
