Abstract
部分直肠癌患者对术前同步放化疗(CCRT)敏感性较差,对CCRT治疗抵抗的患者,肿瘤的局部控制效果差,且CCRT可能增加不良反应.临床上通过应用核磁共振、正电子发射断层摄影技术、血清癌胚抗原、分子标志物和基因检测等方法,在治疗前对直肠癌患者CCRT的敏感性进行预测.根据预测结果指导临床医生为患者选择个体化治疗方式,从而使直肠癌的治疗效果得到进一步的提高.
