肝动脉-门静脉序贯栓塞在肝癌切除术中的应用

Abstract
通过实施肝癌术前肝动脉-门静脉序贯栓塞,扩大肝切除适应证,本中心成功治疗5例肝右叶巨块型肝癌.5例晚期肝癌合并肝硬化患者术前计算FLR/TELV(残肝体积/估计标准肝脏体积)比值均小于40％.行肝动脉-门静脉栓塞后,全部患者均成功实施右半肝切除.术前采用肝动脉-门静脉序贯栓塞可以扩大手术切除的指征,提高手术安全性.
