Abstract
1例66岁男性患者因进行性吞咽困难20余天入院.胃镜示食管距门齿30～38 cm处一不规则隆起病灶,约7.0 cm×1.2 cm,表面污苔,质脆,易出血.2017年6月于全麻下行食管中段恶性肿瘤翻身二切口根治术+空肠造瘘术.术中顺利,术后病理示食管癌肉瘤伴异源性软骨分化,瘤体6.0 cm×2.5 cm×1.5 cm,侵及黏膜下层,未见明确脉管瘤栓;上、下切缘阴性;淋巴结23枚均阴性(胃周0/12,第7组0/3,第9组0/4,上纵隔0/4枚淋巴结).术后临床分期T1期,术后未行放化疗,随访18个月,未见复发与转移.
