Abstract
目的 2016年冬季,GⅡ.2型诺如病毒(norovirus,NoV)在我国暴发流行,为了阐明其流行机制,本文对其衣壳蛋白P区与组织血型抗原(histo-blood group antigens,HBGAs)结合特征进行研究.方法 选取2016年底北京市暴发的GⅡ.2型ZTX株为研究对象,构建重组的原核表达质粒,表达纯化得到病毒P蛋白,通过唾液和寡糖结合实验对其与HBGAs的结合特征进行研究.结果 成功获得可溶性P蛋白,P蛋白与A型,B型,AB型唾液均结合.结论 明确了北京暴发的GⅡ.2型NoV的唾液的结合特征,为其致病机制及防控措施提供了一定的基础和依据.
